Our School

The Edith C. Baker School serves the Chestnut Hill and South Brookline neighborhoods and is one of the largest elementary schools in Brookline, with over 650 students.

Baker School is an international school, where approximately one-third of students speak a language other than English at home.

A vibrant Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) organizes educational and social events throughout the year to help build and maintain a strong school community.

Baker School uses its K–8 structure to encourage cross-grade partnerships and collaboration among students.
